The Clucken Egg Hunt guides are now ready!

Thanks to everyone posting information on the comments about the Deluxe Clucken Collecting Basket items. We are looking for the item's descriptions and correct names to add them to the item database, so if you have any of the items, please post in the comments :) :

And since so many people seem to be having problems with the egg hunt, here is a list of some of the issues that have been experienced and possible solutions:

"Mellee doesn't talk about the egg hunt/only asks about counting cluckens game": Sometimes it takes a while for the quest talk bubbles to load, try waiting a bit, if nothing happens then go to another area and then get back to Grenn's Farm. If it doesn't work either, close the game window, clear your cache and launch the game window again. If you keep having the same problem, make sure you fill in a bug report.

"I can't start Finian's Job": in this case, a)- Make sure you have completed Mellee's Job, and b)- Remember tha starting on the Yellow egg Collecting Job you must have the right egg inside your backpack before talking to him, otherwise the quest talk bubble won't appear.

"I can't find any of the solid coloured eggs": To collect this eggs, you have to first complete Mellee's White Egg Collecting Job. As a reward, you will receive the item Rainbow Egg Collecting Basket, your petpet needs to wear/equip it to be able to collect coloured eggs. More information on egg collecting can be found here.

The Snow Has Melted, The Hearts Have Disappeared but the Fun Continues at the Park!

There's a lot of really fun new stuff at the Park this week! First, new activities and jobs have been released to celebrate that Spring has almost arrived: Clucken Egg Collecting! Some of Mellee's Cluckens have escaped and are all over the Park laying their eggs everywhere. Clucken Eggs are very popular around this time of the year, so she needs some help collecting them to fulfill her orders, and she has really cool rewards for you ;)

If you have some extra eggs, why don't you take them to Cochon? He loves using them in his recipes!

There's a new local at the Park. His name is Finian and he is an avid collector and really likes gossip. If you have some free time you should pay him a visit... well, maybe not...

Between the hours of 4-5 PM NST, the Paper Clucken Mask will be offered for the low cost of one Park Point. Once the hour is up, it will return to its original price, so make sure you grab yours for the sale price!

We Need You! - Petpet Colour Guide

Hello Everyone! We are still on the lookout for numerous petpet color previews to add to our Petpet Color Guide. Check it out it you haven't already, as it can be a real Park Point saver so you aren't buying something you'll ultimately be unhappy with. (Try it before you buy it, if you will :D)

Below is a list of what we need, sorted by petpet. If you have a colored petpet that we need, please contact us (or PM Ally at the Forums) and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Our general process is to meet you in the park and grab a screenshot of your petpet, and don't worry, your account and petpet name will be blurred out for privacy. Please be sure that your petpet isn't wearing any items or clothing during the time that we take the screenshots, however.

In some cases, we do not need both the large and small previews, but only one or the other.

If you're a Facebook user (and we highly recommend getting your parent's permission before signing up if you're under 13), you can check out the Official Petpet Park Page and become a fan! It's operated by the Petpet Park staff, so it's all official stuff.

You'll find all sorts of previews and modeling mashups on the page. Most notably, some animated commercials (in flash movie format) are available for viewing. These are presumably going to be aired on Nickelodeon and Viacom's other TV channels.

This week the Park updated with a new job, No Such Thing As Too Much Pie, where Mr. Grimsby asks you to deliver the pie he baked with the ingredients you found for him last week in the job Pie, Delicious Pie!. Please visit the jobs section for a complete walkthrough of these two jobs :).

New Jobs, Items, Game, and More!

Edit: It seems the deliveries issues have been fixed . Here's what was posted in the Park news:

"Technical Note: If you have been participating in the Dodger's Delivery daily and have been having issues, you should now be reset and ready to deliver again. If you seem to still be stuck, please check your inventory AND the Vault to make sure you do not have a card to deliver. After that, visit Dodger to know what quest you should be on. If you have done all of this, and are still stuck, please contact us and let us know about your issue so it can be resolved."

If you are still having problems with the deliveries, make sure you fill a bug report.

Two new jobs have been added to the Park: "Pie, Delicious Pie!" and "The Greatest Blockberry Salad" (you can find the Walkthrough for the last one in the jobs section, the other one will be available shortly!).

A bunch of new Valentine-themed items has been added to the Park:

And for those of you with some Neocash and a strong aversion to Valentine's day and all that it implies, the NC Mall have the perfect items for you! (and some items for the ones that like it too ;) )

This week the Park had a lot of updates! First, the snow at Park Pointe Square has melted and new Valentine decorations have been added to bring some love into the air.

To get into the spirit of this celebration, Kora is giving away a free wand so remember to pay her a visit, you can find her standing in front of the Park Mall building at the Petpet Plaza:

New Feature: The Vault!

The Vault is a place where you can store your items. It is located at Park Pointe Square, safely guarded by Alroy and can hold an unlimited number of food, clothes and other items. Bad news are that you are now allowed to carry only 16 PP items (and as many NC items as you want) in your backpack. But the good news are that the Vault is provided with handy categories that automatically sort out your items. Now it is easier than ever to find that Sweet Shell Candy Floss your pet was craving for since last week or that Patchwork Necklace that matches perfectly with your Pink Buttoned Shirt! There's also another useful thing about the Vault: even if your items are stored there, you will still have access to them from your Closet and Groomtopia!

Also, you can now go inside Winsela's house! Make sure you pay her a visit, rumour has it that she is offering a new job ;)!

To start it, you need to purchase the premium item called the Deluxe Enchanted Ice Crystal from the NC Mall Winter Shoppe for 300 Neocash. Once you buy one, take it over to Blitz and he will help you melt it, and you get to wear the festive items that are locked inside!

Winter fun continues around the Park! Part 2 of The Enchanted Ice Crystal is now live! Be sure to check out the Complete Walkthrough in the Jobs section!

If your Petpet is painted any of the new colours and is a species that we still need, then please PM any of the PPP Crew members at the JN Forums with either Pumpkin Spice/Candy Cane/Gingerbread Petpet Species or Haircut Petpet Species as the subject. We will get back with you as soon as possible so that we can set up a meeting time at the park, so that the necessary screenshots of your pet can be taken. We will remind you in the PM as well, but your pet cannot be wearing any type of clothing or items while we take the screenie.

If you don't have a forum account, feel free to post a comment on the forums or contact us via the Contact us form. If you are shy and don't really like the idea of a meeting in the park, but still want to help us, you can also send the picture of your petpet, and if it works we will edit it to fit in the guide. We will really appreciate it :).

Today, the Park introduces a brand new area, Blizzard Mountain!

Along with this new area and new Holiday decorations, there are also a few new sights and sounds! Try fishing at an ice hole if you are the type that enjoys angling, or shake some interesting stuff from trees you may find. If these activities aren't your cup of tea, you might want to try your paw at catching snowflakes!

Still wanting more? Well then, look for Blitz (he's close to the Wintery Wonders shop and the center of Blizzard Mountain), because he wants to help you celebrate 33 Days of Giving with the Winter Festival. Every day, from today until January 7th, you can visit him and he will share seasonal gifts with you, so make sure you don't forget to talk to him daily. (No one wants to miss out on cool gifts, right?)

Be sure to visit Kora, because she has a fabulous Snowflake Wand for you!

Inside the NC Mall in the Winter Shoppe Section, there is a free Holiday Goodie Bag that you can claim in order to receive two snowflake items.

That's right folks, the JN PPP Team is in need of your help! As you know, we've opened up a Petpet Colour Guide, so that you can see what each species looks like in every colour (before you buy the colour bottle!). Well, this topic is for the help we need collecting screen shots of each species.

Also, we want to start collecting screen shots of each of the different haircuts on each species of Petpet. So if you bought a haircut ticket from the NC Mall and wouldn't mind letting me get a couple screen shots, please send me a PM!

The Guide requires two different screen shots of each different color and species of pet. We've been able to collect a majority of the screenies, but have yet to stumble onto a few unclothed and paint Petpets. Here are the screen shots that we still currently need:

The month of October is here and with it comes all kinds of Halloween stuff.

First of all, THREE brand new areas have been opened up: Kripske's Pumpkin Patch, Bogbottom and Founder's Cemetery!

The Petpet Park Mall is stocking new Halloween items including a spooky Vampiress set. However, at the time of writing, the Mall is down and these items are unobtainable.

Naturally the new, regular Park Point items are also themed around Halloween. You can find some of these currently in shops, but all have yet not been released.

In addition, some more shop switching has taken place. The original Pirate Shirt, Pirate Bandana, Wooden Pirate Sword and Pirate Chain Cuffs have all changed shops from Fins Feather & Fashion to Pirates Plunder. This change came with significant reduction in the item prices.

Two of the three areas also offer you new jobs! Start by talking to Groundskeeper Banks at Founder's Cemetery to get the first job and after you finish it, visit Mumbell at Bogbottom for another.

But that's not all. The areas offer plenty of new characters to meet ranging from the Witch Grimelda to a scarecrow named Kripske as well as new items to harvest and fish (there are 7 new ones)!

In addition to all of this, Shadowy Grove has gotten a few changes. Opal has changed positions to be more visible and ZHB-2 now has a talk icon.

And lastly, don't forget to take advantage of the 1 Park Point Item Offers EVERY WEEKDAY during October that start TODAY 4-5 pm NST with the paper pirate hat.

That's right folks, the JN PPP Team is in need of your help! We have been working hard behind the scenes on a brand new section for our Guide; a Petpet Color Guide. Once it is finished and we are able to release it, it's going to be quite a helpful tool for you! It will allow you to see what each pet looks like painted each different color (as well as the basic colors), before you buy the Potion! Neat idea, right? Well, in order to complete it, this is where we need your help.

The Guide requires two different screen shots of each different color and species of pet. We've been able to collect a majority of the screenies, but have yet to stumble onto a few unclothed and paint Petpets. Here are the screen shots that we still currently need:

Do you own one of the above petpets? Then what I need from you is to please PM me (Ally) at the JN Forums with "Petpet Color Guide" as the subject and what color/species you have as the body. I will get back with you as soon as possible so that we can set up a meeting time at the park, so that I can take the necessary screen shots of your pet. I will remind you in the PM as well, but your pet cannot be wearing any type of clothing or items while I take the screenie.

Leaf & Paper Clothes

It seems leaves and paper are in right now, as the Petpet Park has began stocking different items themed around the two materials.

The Petpet Park Mall is stocking Leaf Camo items for your forest-blending needs (all also conveniently available in a superpack) as well as a lovely classic sweater and skirt.

If you'd rather try something different, Fins Feather & Fashion is stocking THREE different clothing sets made entirely from sticky notes, craft paper and shredded paper.

This update also included some changes to already released items. The Mall items Ranchgirl Superpack and Ranchgirl Hat were both given a new image:

Also, the Sturdy Gardening Rake has once again switched shops, having now returned to its original location at the Petpet Emporium.

The Western Woods Are Open!

Two new areas comprising the Western Woods have opened up! Head west of Tugg Harbor to visit the Knight's Keep and Squippit Hollow.

Hmm, this tree looks familiar...

The Western Woods currently offer a new fishing hole for Orange Dream Fish, some mushrooms you can harvest to get Azure Forest Mushrooms (NOTE: ~~At this time the mushrooms do not appear in your inventory~~ Fixed!) and two new characters to meet: the Old Knight Liam and the Mushroom Collector Coris.

And for those of you who have been waiting for a new game, the snorkle chef Cochon at Market Lane has one for you. Go try your hand at Cake Calamity now!

I spot Starberries!

Also, you can finally use that Purple Colour Bottle to paint your petpet's coat purple! Available now at the Petpet Park Mall.

Welcome to Jellyneo.net's guide to Petpet Park! Our writers, Jordan, Ally and Andrea, have been working very hard over these past few weeks to put together a full and complete guide to Petpet Park, the latest game to come out of the Neopets game development wing.

If you're new to the Park, meet up with Winsela in our introduction section. She'll show you the basics from adopting your first petpet, to an overview of all the areas you may visit.

Once you get a hang of the easy stuff, you'll probably want to start earning Park Points. There are two ways to do that: play games, and complete jobs. Lucky for you, we have a great section of game guides for all of the games in the Park. We also provide you with complete job walkthroughs to get you from the start to reward.

Now, with all of those Park Points, you have some spending to do! You can browse through our complete item listing. There are also NC mall items that can be purchased with your existing Neocash as well. (But there's plenty of great non-NC items to go around! :D)

If you have any comments or suggestions, please let us know. We have a few plans for what else we'll be adding over the coming weeks, but we'd also like to hear what you guys want to see, too!
