Level Guide

As a Petpet Park resident, you can now collect experience points (XP) and level up in the Park. As you gain levels, you will receive different titles. Certain levels will also allow you to unlock special jobs that you can complete to earn one-of-a-kind rewards and badges! Keep in mind, however, that you can only collect a total of 800 XP per day.

To start the leveling up process, you need to visit Mayor Bricemurdle at Park Pointe Square, but first: read below to learn all about leveling up.

How to Level Up

You may have noticed some magical green paw prints scattered around the Park. These are called Parkles - magic specks that emerge from the Park. Each Parkle you collect will earn you 5 XP. Parkles will always appear in the same location(s) for each area, but will show up randomly. Sometimes, you won't even see any Parkles at all! Keep in mind that some Parkles will require you to spend some Nickcash in order to collect them, as certain areas require special access keys, or specific wearable NC items (such as: Jetpack, Lucky Valley Clover Shoes, Clucken Feather Wings, Laughing Springs Floatie, Hall Pass, etc) to enter.

You can earn XP by completing Park jobs or playing Park games, as well as from many other activities. These activities include tossing a coin into the Wishing Well, standing on the platform as another Petpet tosses one in, feeding your Petpet food, or by harvesting one of six special chests, located in the Secret Scrolls Club, School of Adventure, School of Arts, School of Gadgetry, School of Nature, and School of Magic. For the most part, the amount of XP you earn depends on the level of participation, such as how high you score in a game or how many people are on the platforms at the Wishing Well. However, each food item eaten will earn you 1 XP, the harvestable chest in the Secret Scrolls Club will earn you 50 XP, and each of the chests in the different schools will earn you 25 XP. Please note that the chests can only be harvested once per day.

Certain repeatable jobs also earn you nothing but Parkles! Currently they are both NC, but if you're willing to splurge, they can definitely be worth it. They allow for quick leveling up and only take a few seconds to complete. Clicking on the icons above will lead you to their job guides.

Understanding Level Information

You can view your Petpet's current level one of three ways: it appears in-game underneath your Petpet's name, up at the top of your screen in the green paw print, and in your Petpet's profile. To see how much XP your Petpet currently has and also how much they need to earn in order to reach the next level, simply hover over over the XP bar next to the green level paw print.

Level Jobs

The first job, Level Up, can be completed at Level 1. After completing this job, you will unlock a new job every five levels (so at level 5, 10, 15, etc.). These jobs will earn you special rewards (as shown in the above table)!

	The Famed Finder	Have your Petpet reach level 25, then talk to Mayor Bricemurdle in Park Pointe Square, and complete his job The Finder.
	The Bold Voyager	Have your Petpet reach level 30, then talk to Mayor Bricemurdle in Park Pointe Square, and complete his job The Voyager.
	The Weathered Explorer	Have your Petpet reach level 35, then talk to Mayor Bricemurdle in Park Pointe Square, and complete his job The Explorer.
	The Grand Noble	Have your Petpet reach level 40, then talk to Mayor Bricemurdle in Park Pointe Square, and complete his job The Noble.

Good Citizen's Shop

The Good Citizen's Shop is a special rewards shop in Park Pointe Square. Run by Mayor Bricemurdle, it contains a variety of both Park Point and Nickcash items that are unlocked upon reaching certain Park levels. The more you level up, the more items you can buy!
