Why, I'm glad you asked!
A Collection is made up of all sorts of fun things with similar qualities. For example, a Pukapooka Flower Collection contains different flowers you can collect from Pukapooka Island, such as Water Cactus Blossoms, Island Paradise Petals, and more!

You can have Collections of different fruits and vegetables you've harvested, clothes you've shopped for, and rewards from jobs you have completed! Some completed Collections will count toward achieving certain Badges.

How do I see how many things I've collected?

Simply open your profile and select the Collections tab. From there, you can view each Collection category.

Harvestables are for fruits, vegetables, and other things you gather around the park.
Knick Knacks consist of clothes and other miscellaneous items, whether you received them from a job or purchased them from a store.
Arts and Crafts are things you yourself have crafted, with the help of friends such as the Crafting Tree.

Treasures are very, very rare items - who knows where you may find these collectibles!
Prizes are rewards from the various games around the Park.
Specials are generally holiday-related Collections.

Select a specific Collection category to see what you have collected and what you need to collect to complete your Collections!

Well, a Collection can have all sorts of fun things, but those things tend to be very similar, like Blockberries! Ernie has a complete Blockberry Collection. Have you spoken to him about it?
