There's one thing I'm not very good at though - pies! I just can't get the crust right. My Sour Appleberry Pie keeps collapsing.

Walk to Grenn's Farm and harvest ten Sour Appleberries. When you are finished, walk over to Market Lane and talk to Cochon.
