Then the time has come! With this magic key, you should be able to enter the chamber where our king stands in his cursed form. If you do not see the sword within, see if King Quan is willing to talk to you.

Before you enter the temple where our king stands, however, you should buy a Cyodrake Flag from Pirate's Plunder in Pirate Alley. That way he will know you are loyal to him.

Equip the Cyodrake Flag. Then, head over to the Cyodrake Temple and talk to King Quan.
