Blitz has another holiday gift for you, but since this one is special, it comes inside another enchanted crystal, so to get it out you will need to find a way to melt the ice first.

I'll need you to collect a Fireplacenut, a Snowpuffberry, a Crystal Snowflake, and a Ruby.

To continue with the job, you need to find the items for Grimelda (a Fireplacenut, a Snowpuffberry, a Crystal Snowflake, and a Ruby). You can find the Fireplacenut, the Snowpuffberry and the Crystal Snowflake at Blizzard Mountain. To get the Ruby you need to equip the Mining Pick (you can buy it at Petpet Emporium) and look for it inside Spyder Cavern (Wailing Tunnels chamber 4).
