Go stand on the glowing paw-shaped crop circle near Grenn's Barn at Grenn's Farm to be teleported to Area 27. Enter The Vernax Horizon (the crashed spaceship) using the paw mat a few steps ahead of you (behind, to the left of Zarza) when you arrive there. Once inside, go talk to Commander Vixor.
