To get to Lunaria, simply step onto the portal here in Grenn's Farm.

Travel to Lunaria, and look through the Lunaria Telescope.

You look through the telescope and see a beautiful city in the clouds.

Look for a sapphire constellation.
Leave the telescope.

You turn the telescope towards the stars in the sky. A constellation appears that looks like a Kazeriu, but one star seems to be missing.

That must be Agent Linski's star!

Return to Agent Linski, and talk to her.

I saw a Kazeriu constellation that was missing a star.

Yes, the Kazeriu constellation is made up of sapphire stars! This is almost certainly one of them.
