You can find Azure Mushrooms at Knight's Keep, Phantashrooms at the Bogbottom, and Glowshrooms at the Spyder Cavern (Wailing Tunnels chamber 4.) Once you have 10 of each, head back to the Spyder Cavern and give them to Jorguss:
