I am an inhabitant of Celestial City. Every once in awhile, I fly down to the Western Woods here so that I may help transport Petpets to the city, as long as they have an access key.

That sounds like hard work.

I enjoy flying, but it does make one rather hungry at times. Would you be kind enough to bring me five homegrown Snow Cabbages?

Where can I find Snow Cabbages?

You have your own garden, do you not? You could grow seeds in there! I'm sure that Garden Grove in the Pawvillion has Snow Cabbage seeds for sale.

Okay, I'll go grow you some Snow Cabbages.

Head to Garden Grove and purchase a Snow Cabbage Seed Bag. Plant several of these seeds, and wait for them to grow. (Check out our Garden Guide for more information on how to use your garden.) After 10 minutes, harvest your Snow Cabbages. When you are finished, return to Silvanus, and talk to him.
