How?

Combine it with other magical items. Take two Lyfinberries from Zombie Marsh and two Lady Blurg Flowers from Petpet Plaza to Squippit Hollow.

Once you're there, simply watch the Crafting Tree perform his ancient and powerful magic.

Harvest two Lyfinberries from the Zombie Marsh. Then, harvest two Lady Blurg Flowers from Petpet Plaza. When you are finished, take them, along with the Magic Apple, to the Crafting Tree at Squippit Hollow.
