Travel to Tugg Harbour and harvest five Anchorberries. Then, take the Shamrock Apple Tree Seed to your garden. Plant the seed, and wait for it to grow. (Check out our Garden Guide for more information on how to use your garden.) After 24 hours, harvest your Shamrock Apples. When you are finished, return to Silvanus, and talk to him.
