Go to Market Lane, and buy a Fresh River Water from the Munchery. Once you're done, travel to Lunaria, and look through the Lunaria Telescope.
You look through the telescope and see a beautiful city in the clouds.
Look for an emerald constellation.
Leave the telescope.

You try to turn the telescope towards the sky, but a layer of moon dust seems to have settled on the lens.
Clean the lens with Fresh River Water.
