Oh, Rainbow Butterfly Fish are so pretty! They're very rare. In fact, I believe they can only be found in the Western Woods. You'll also need a magic fishing net to catch one. Here, this might do the trick.

You will need to go into your Wardrobe and equip the Magical Fishing Net to your Petpet. After you have done this, head over to Squippit Hollow, which is a part of the Western Woods. Go stand next to the water, and hoover your mouse (which will turn into a bobber and hook) over the fish as they swim by and click. Do this until you catch the Rainbow Butterfly Fish.

Now that you have the Rainbow Butterfly Fish, head on over to Grenn's Farm and talk to Farmer Grenn.

Thanks for helping me! I can't wait to show my new Leafiwater potion to Arzak. Mix one drop in with some water, pour it on a plant, and you won't have to water it for months afterwards. They may turn slightly rainbow as a side effect, but I consider that a bonus!
