First, you will need to purchase a Deluxe Enchanted Ice Crystal from the NC Mall Winter Shoppe. Once it is in your inventory, head over to Blizzard Mountain and talk to Blitz.

Snowflake catching time! Stand on the ice rink (at the centre of Blizzard Mountain) and step next to the Snowflake. Position your mouse over it until it changes to a hand and click. Repeat until you get a Crystal Snowflake (be sure to visit the Activities page for an in-depth guide on how to catch snowflakes), then go back to Blitz:
