Harvest two Lanternberries from the Cyodrake Temple Garden. Then, harvest two Purple Blockberries from Lucky Valley. When you are finished, take them, along with the Art Apple, to the Crafting Tree at Squippit Hollow.

I made a pair of Paint Splash Wings!

Look at the colour arrangement on those wings. I would have added an extra splash there for a more vibrant impression, but not bad for your first art creation.
