Introduction

Three Ring Soaker is another fun and exciting Carnival game run by Dripp over in the Laughing Springs.

How to Play

The object of the game is to fill your balloon before your opponents fill theirs. Use your mouse to aim your red jelly gun at the yellow target in the clown Dipni's mouth. Keep in mind that the pressure of your jelly stream changes, so the stream will drift in all directions if you do not pay attention. The starfish provide power-ups, but you have to decide if it's worth the shot.
