The Month of Luck and the search for the Golden Clucken Egg have combined this year for an extra lucky, extra golden, extra month long event! Be on the lookout for new Clucken jobs from Mellee on Grenn's Farm, as well as several Spring jobs and even a weekend giveaway from Innogen inside Innogen's Treehouse. Piratey Happenings 2010 
Ahoy mate! September 19th, 2010 was National Talk Like a Pirate Day, and with it came a boat load of fun Pirate Park activities!
The Wishing Well
Not only is the University just for learning, it is also a place to make all of your wishes come true at the Wishing Well; which was released during this Pirate event.
In order to make a wish, you are required to give the well a Wish Coin. All of these coins give different items which correspond to their theme. Each coin can only be used once, so make sure you make that wish count!
On September 30, 2010 Winsela started giving away a free Pirate Wish Coin.

Jewelled Pirate Hook
On September 17, 2010 the Jewelled Pirate Hook (175 NC) was released at the NC Mall. This item can be purchased and used to visit the treasure chest inside the Captain's Cabin on the Pernicious Pinchit. You are able to visit the treasure chest daily, while wearing the hook (does not need to be worn to get the Rainbow Gem), to get free Park Points or for a chance to get retired or exclusive items!
Pirate Adventures
If you were in an adventuring mood and had helped Captain Arf clean up around the Pernicious Pinchit and crafted the Pirate Shovel at the Crafting Tree - then you were ready to go digging! There were five locations around the Park where you could endlessly dig for cool items and Park Points. There were even some jobs available that required you to go on a treasure hunt with these piles.
"I be after yer treasure!"
If you were still in the mood for adventuring, there were Maps available at the NC Mall. There were four maps for you to choose from, each with their own unique prizes and treasure locations. If you had managed to help out the residents, a special crafting job was available to you! Also, buying these maps completed the Land of Buried Treasure collection.
