Getting the Items
Golden Clover
The Golden Clover can only be harvested from the clover bushes found in Lucky Valley. Each of the five clover bushes can only be harvested once per day, and only two are available for non-paying members. Three of the bushes require the Petpet to be wearing the Lucky Valley Clover Shoes and the one at the top of the tree is only available by wearing the Lucky Clover Staff from the Mall, or the Lucky Rainbow Clover Staff obtained from a free job.

The Lucky Clover Staff can only be purchased from the Petpet Park Mall for 300 NC. The staff was only available until March 24, 2011.

Lucky Golden Garden Gnome
The Lucky Golden Garden Gnome can only be harvested from the pot of gold found in Lucky Valley. The pot of gold is located at the top of the tree, which is currently available by wearing the Lucky Clover Staff or the Lucky Rainbow Clover Staff, and is only harvestable once per day. Currently only wearing the Lucky Clover Staff is confirmed to give you the Lucky Golden Garden Gnome.
