Each egg except for one is either obtained during or awarded from a job. All but one egg are harvested from a haystack.

The Coral Egg can be harvested from a haystack in Laughing Springs during the job The Great Coral Egg Search.
The Dark Thorn Egg can be harvested from a haystack in Shadow Grove during the job The Great Dark Thorn Egg Search.
